Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy is valid 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or liquids.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care items

* Glasses

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To make a return, contact us indicating in the subject: RETURN REQUEST ORDER # [Insert your order number]. Please describe the reason for the return request

 Once your return request has been processed and approved, a return label will be emailed to you. Simply repackage the product you wish to return, print and stick the label on the package, then drop the package off at the counter of the delivery company indicated on the label.

We will deduct $ 12 + taxes from the amount of your refund to cover the cost of returning an item from Quebec.

We will deduct $ 15 + tax from your refund amount to cover the cost of returning an item from the rest of Canada.

RETURN OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the product upon receipt. If the product has been damaged in transit or is defective, contact us immediately. Depending on the case, the return or exchange procedure will be communicated to you. In the event the item needs to be returned, no cost will be charged for returning the item.

 

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We don’t do exchange because it is faster and more efficient to consider each transaction separately. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or model, order a new product and follow the instructions for returning the unwanted item. See the “RETURN” section.

 

SHIPPING

To return your item, refer to section “RETURNS”

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
