SHIPPING POLICY

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you with a tracking number from our carrier. Delivery times in Quebec are on average 5 to 7 working days. These can be longer or shorter. Bièrerie Shelton cannot be held responsible for any delay related to delivery.

Our shipping costs are $ 12 for the province of Quebec. However, for some remote areas, additional shipping charges may be added to the standard costs. We will contact you if necessary.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by indicating in the title of the message: ORDER CANCELLATION # [insert your order number]. Please note that the majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for us to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY, WRONG ADDRESS OR NON-COMPLAINT

 

We are not responsible for the following cases: (1) delivery refusal, (2) unclaimed parcel at the post office (3) no response to the delivery address after several attempts. In any of the above cases, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may be charged additional fees.
